Another Take on the Canterbury Sharia Story

This article from Philocalia Republic was linked off of NewAdvent.org. Austin Ivereigh writes that legislation that does not allow religions to opt out at certain points creates problems like some of the anti-discrimination measures in the UK. These policies have made it illegal for an adoption agency (like Catholic Charities) to refuse people suffering some same sex attraction as prospective parents. These agencies then may have to close or continue solely as privately funded organizations.
